Jasmina Šahović Žabka
PRESIDENT OF ASSOCIATION
Jasmina has 15 years of teaching experience as a high school teacher , she teaches ethics and has an MA degree in andragogy. Jasmina also advanced to the teacher mentor position. She has been managing and coordinating numerous local, national and international projects. She participated in numerous seminars and conferences and was a scholarship holder of the Council of Europe, Croatian Ministry of education and Yad Vashem. Her focus of work is civic and sustainable development education.
Ivana Bertić Bulić
Director of Program and Development
Ivana is the vice president and one of the co-founders of INOVA. Ivana graduated English and German language and literature in Osijek at the Faculty of Philosophy and has been working as a secondary school teacher since 2008; Since 2012 she holds a certificate in Project management and implementation of EU project and has been actively involved in local, national and EU level projects, especially in the Erasmus programme and vocational education and training, programmes and events. Ivana is currently working as full-time English teacher and project manager in secondary school Dalj.
Jelena Milić
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jelena has obtained an MA degree in Economics at University of Osijek in Croatia. Jelena has worked in several NGOs and local government institutions as project coordinator, administrator or specialist. For more than five years Jelena has worked for a local government agency on project implementation, and she has various types of experience in more than 20 projects. Currently, she is employed as a senior accountant at a public primary school in Vukovar, while she is still active in the NGO sector, mostly related to human rights, legal issues and administration.
Bruno Sekereš
PROJECT TEAM MEMBER
Primary school teacher with extensive knowledge in Erasmus+ and eTwinning projects and chief organizer of the KA1 training courses provided by Inova Courses that started it’s journey as part of our association. He graduated at Faculty of Teacher education. Participated as a coordinator in three Erasmus KA1 projects „Classroom without walls“ , „Digital school-global school“ and „Step into Entrepreneurship“ during which he attended training courses in Portugal, Estonia, Guadeloupe and Spain.
