In the past few days, as part of our project named RIGHT application, our members participated in the education training about awareness and advocacy of women’s rights and the rights of LGBTIQ+ persons hosted by Center for Civic Initiatives Poreč. We had discussions about gender and stereotypes and their negative aspects and about everyday sexism and ways to combat discrimination.
Project coordinator is association Nansen Dialogue Centre and other organisations included in project are: DKolektiv – organization for social development, Anton Štifanić Tourism and Hospitality School Poreč, Industrial and Crafts School Pula, Ruđer Bošković Technical School and Science High School Osijek, Nikola Tesla Technical School Vukovar and Åretta ungdomskole.
The project RIGHT application is supported through the Fund for Active Citizenship, with funds from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway within the EEA grants. The project lasts from November 2022 to December 2023.
